Location: Oak Ridge Bowling Center, 246 South Illinois Ave, Oak Ridge, TN 37830
Entry Fee: ($10 per event/per bowler)
Squads: 2:00pm and 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday
Format:
There will be a Team Event and a Singles Event.
You can bowl in one of either events or in both.
When you participate in both events, you will only be bowling 3 games total
which will then count as your scores for both events.

Tournament Rules
1. Entry is open to adult male and female USBC members ages 50 and over in the Oak Ridge
Association.
2. Events
a. Competition in the singles event will be limited to 1 time.
b. Competition in the team event will be limited to 2 times. The 2nd team entry must consist
of no more than 2 of the original bowlers.(Rule 315).
c. The Team event will consist of 3 games. For any team members who are also participating
in the Singles Event, their individual scores from Team Event will be used as their Singles
Event scores.
d. For any bowler who enters the Team Event twice and is also participating in the Singles
Event, the scores used for the Singles Event will come from their first squad bowled.
3. Handicap will be 90 percent of 220.
4. Entering average:
a. Last season highest USBC league average of 21 or more games.
b. If no average last year, use highest current season USBC average as of December 1st,
2009 for 21 or more games.
c. Bowlers with neither of the above averages must bowl scratch.
5. It is each bowler’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of their own average, whether
originally submitted by the bowler, the team captain or others. Failure to use the correct
average may disqualify the score if submitted average is lower than correct average, thereby
resulting in a lower classification or more handicap. Prize winnings will be based on the
submitted average, if it is higher than the correct average. (Rule 319a, Item 3).
6. Teams may be composed of all men, all women or mixed.
7. All decisions of the tournament manager are final unless an appeal is made in accordance with
Rule 329.
